The Williamson River Trail is 2.3 miles long. It begins at Williamson River Campground and ends at the forest boundary near Collier Spring. The trail winds its way along the banks of the picturesque Williamson River, meandering through ancient forests, wetlands, and riparian zones. Hikers will be treated to panoramic views of the rugged Cascade Mountain Range, including the prominent peaks of Mount McLoughlin. The trail is especially enchanting during the autumn months when the surrounding foliage transforms into a breathtaking display of vibrant reds, oranges, and yellows.
