Balance looks different for each of us and can feel impossible at times. This class is intended for you to move the body with effortless effort and unravel the imbalance in your life. Jill will lead you through a moving mediation leaving your body, mind and spirit feeling magical!

Enjoy an hour of a warm + playful yoga sesh and a relaxing savasana; and, finally, unwind with a delightful glass of wine (or choose to do a flight of four samples) from 12 Ranch Wines paired with some vegan tasty treats from Bonnie Nork's Custom Baked Goods - all included in the cost! Come celebrate the fall season by spending some time with like minded individuals while cultivating self care [especially before the holiday season hustle].
