“My husband and I have been avid riders for years, and now with a family we continue to enjoy mountain biking, road biking and BMX. We love that Klamath Falls has the amazing Moore Park, just a mile from downtown and are really excited about the new Spence Mountain trail system going in near the lake. You can take off and ride from anywhere in Klamath and personally, I am pretty fanatical about just riding from my house straight down Old Fort Road. It has great elevation changes, smooth gravel, few vehicles, and the feeling of being in the forest. It’s perfect for my family, because I am getting a workout instantly when I leave, and I don’t have to factor in travel time. The road riding options in our area are practically endless. There are super scenic roads going around the lake, and in every direction from town. There are countless combinations of roads to make a new ride easy to plan. The boys have become involved in BMX at the BMX track off of Anderson Street. The BMX track and team that runs it is a tremendous resource in our community.”
