Klamath Basin Junior Rodeo is Oregon’s largest one day junior rodeo! Contestants from all across Oregon. California, Idaho, Nevada and Washington. The Klamath Basin Junior Rodeo (KBJR) is Oregon’s longest running junior rodeo, it’s become part of Klamath Basin’s heritage. Parents and Klamath Basin Rodeo Committee members are active in volunteering their time throughout the year to make this rodeo a success for the youth who participate.

On Market days we fill 9th Street between Main & Klamath Ave. We are an open air Market where local growers, producers and artisans gather to sell to the public. Come join us for an hour or so, wander the market and enjoy fresh locally grown produce, bakery goods and fine artisan handicrafts. HISTORY & HERITAGE Hike on the OC&E set for Saturday The Klamath County Museum will offer a history hike on a section of the OC&E Woods Line State Trail at 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 20. The free event begins at Olene. A one-mile out-and-back hike will be offered, as well as an option for an extended hike of about five miles with a shuttle back to the parking area provided.
