The Fun Starts Here! Shine up your Merc, detail your Deuce Coupe and hustle your hotrod to the Kruise of Klamath for a celebration of classic cars! This four-day blast from the past is filled with music, food and beautiful cars from the "good 'ol days". At the Kruise of Klamath the cars are "cherry," the cruisin is "boss" and the atmosphere is "too cool!"

June 24-26 2022 OK, OK, but what is the Klamath Kinetic Challenge anyways? If you've had your head in the sand the last 17 years (yes, I said 17 Years!) you may not know what a Kinetic Sculpture Race is. Well, Kinetic Sculptures are homemade, human powered vehicles able to travel (hopefully) over land, sand, muck, rocks and, oh yeah, water. They carry one, two, four or more people. NEWS RELEASE May 12, 2022 Two local artists have partnered to create an exhibit of landscape art showing at the Klamath County Museum’s Modoc Gallery through May and June. Gale Holt and Gregg Waterman will hold an opening reception for the exhibit from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 14. Holt uses pastels to paint smaller-format scenes of landscapes, seascapes and cityscapes.
