Wednesday night- Mtn Bike ride – Beginner/Intermediate level – Moore Park Trails

August 19 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

It’s warm outside, trails are ready, and it’s time to ride!

We will be splitting the group into beginner and intermediate. This will make it possible to keep the group size under 10 riders, as well as maintaining proper social distancing. All riders must RSVP by calling 541-851-9200 a head of time. The intermediate group will meet in front of the Historic Oregon Bank Building in the 900 block of Main st. The beginner group will meet in front of Zach’s Bikes as usual.

Keep in mind mountain biking requires a certain amount of riding up hills. We’ll do our best to keep the beginner rides on the lower easier trails. You’ll be surprised how quickly you improve with each ride though and the more you ride the more you improve and the Moore Fun our trails are! For information about our local trails and the routes that this ride will use: Moore Park & Ridgeview (http://www.zachsbikes.com/moore-park-ridgeview/)

You will need some kind of mountain bike, full suspension or hard tail. If you don’t have a bike or would like to demo one of Trek’s 2020 full suspension or hardtail bikes, this year’s demo fleet includes the Fuel EX, Slash, Remedy, Roscoe and the Rail. Zach’s Bikes is offering this service free of charge. Call 541-851-9200 to reserve a demo after you have RSVP’d for the ride. Please note that this is available based on availability and the rental contract terms. If you take advantage of this demo service, allow plenty of time prior to the ride for proper set up.

(If the trails are too wet to ride, we will only note the cancellation of the ride on the events calendar at Zachsbikes.com)

Hope to see you out there!
