Ugly Sweater Run & Fun

Rummage up your ugliest of sweaters for this year’s Ugly Sweater Run or Scavenger Fun!Run a 5K or scavenge around town, but no matter what, you’ll step your way to freezing fun, and fabulous swag. Sweater up your friends, convince your family to jump in on this friendly jog with no official timing, or gather your friends and families to solve clues and visit local businesses to scavenge some amazing SWAG!
We can’t wait and will love to see all those sweaters running around!

Friends of the Children, a local non-profit youth mentor program, along with Event Sponsor Klamath Falls Subaru, is proud of its commitment to improved well-being and is excited to host an Ugly Sweater Run and Scavenger Hunt to be bigger and better than ever! This year’s event is slated for Saturday 12/3/2022, in the downtown area. The event is a family-friendly activity that encourages participants to enjoy our downtown area while supporting a great cause and our local businesses.
The event will consist of three activities:
- a quick kid’s 50 yard dash for kids 6 and under (9 a.m. start),
- a 5K run in the downtown area (starting shortly after 9:00 a.m.)
- a family friendly scavenger hunt (to launch after the start of the 5K race) where participants will solve clues to visit local businesses on Klamath Avenue and Main Street.
