Small Art: Big Impression
January 23 @ 12:00 pm - January 26 @ 4:00 pm
“Small Art: Big Impression” Invitational Exhibit
For the month of January, the Klamath Art Association and Gallery will host an invitational exhibition “Small Art: Big Impression.” Both gallery members and non-members will be exhibiting art, photography, crafts and sculpture. Make a New Year’s resolution to support the Klamath Art Gallery and our extremely talented local artists. What is special about this gallery showing is that all works range from just small to miniature. With the maximum size limit of 16 inches by 16 inches or 256 square inches, the works in this exhibit are perfect for accenting those small spaces in your home or office. They also will make sensational gifts!
The show will open with a public reception for the artists on Sunday, January 5, 2020 from noon to 4 pm. People’s Choice “Best of Show” awards will be awarded for art, photography, and three-dimensional/crafts works based on votes from people attending the reception. The exhibit will continue through Sunday, January 26.
The Klamath Art Gallery is located in historic Maple Park at 120 Riverside Drive, at the South end of the Link River “birding trail.” The gallery will be open from noon to 4 PM Thursdays through Sundays. According to the Klamath Art Association bylaws our purpose is “to stimulate and encourage the practice, study, and appreciation of the arts, in the public interest.” For additional information about the historic Klamath Art Association and Gallery phone 541-883-1833 during business hours. Admission is always FREE!
