Guided Tour: Stargazing at Lava Beds

Learn about the constellations, how Lava Beds connects to NASA studies in the larger solar system, how we can protect the night sky, and what modern research teaches us about how massive and exciting the Universe truly is in this far-reaching hour-long dark sky program in the campground. A telescope will be available to see the Moon and other objects up close. Please use red lights when approaching and leaving the amphitheater after the program has begun to avoid impacting the night vision of other visitors.
