Free yoga at Veterans Park on Thursday July 23rd from 5:30-6:30pm. The community is all invited. This is a meditative flow. Starting off slow while exploring within and finding balance. Then working into a flow, moving with the breath to build heat. Cooling down with stretching and meditation. All levels-Modifications given and options available. Bring a yoga mat or beach towel and water. You may also need a hand towel, sunscreen, and/or sunglasses. Please be respectful of others and keep a 6 ft distance between mats.
