Klamath Falls Hotel Option #1: Cerulean Hotel

While staying at the Cerulean Hotel, you will be just steps away from much of the local downtown excitement. The Cerulean Hotel is located directly in the heart of downtown, while being only a short distance from Veterans Memorial Park, and Lake Ewauna. This also puts in close to numerous options for dining and shopping in downtown Klamath Falls. Other nearby downtown options you will be close to are: Klamath County Museum, Moore Park, Oregon Institute of Technology, Favell Museum of Western Art and Indian Artifacts, and the Ross Ragland Theater.
When you stay at the 82-room hotel, you will find meeting rooms, free wireless high speed internet, guest laundry, and a gift shop. The hotel also features a heated swimming pool, hot tub, spa, and fitness center. The Cerulean also allows pets to stay. Take a glance at this review of the Cerulean Hotel in Klamath Falls:
“Great hotel and staff. Rooms clean. Microwave and fridge in each room. Pillowtop beds. Very quiet. This is going to be our go to hotel when we visit family in the area. Centrally located to all. Allows pets.”
Klamath Falls Hotel Option #2: Running Y Ranch Resort
The Running Y Ranch Resort is the original and sister location of the Cerulean Hotel. This resort is located at the foothills of the Cascades stretching across 3,600 acres. The grounds of the Running Y Ranch Resort includes an 18-hole Arnold Palmer golf course, a sports center, and a full service spa. Many guests will recommend hitting up the golf course as it is one of the best in Southern Oregon. You can also grab a bite to eat at the Ruddy Duck Restaurant which offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with beverages on the patio overlooking the golf course. The Sandhill Spa offers massages, wraps, facials, scrubs, manicures, and pedicures.
The Running Y Ranch Resort has an 82 room lodge, as well as custom homes and chalets. There is also a 7,000 square foot meeting space that is ideal for corporate functions and weddings. The Running Y Ranch Resort has plenty to offer for everyone.
For further reason to stay here, take a look at this review from Lynn A. from Albuquerque, New Mexico:
“We just love it when you can go to a place and not have to get in your car for a few days. Golf onsite and many other activities including large pool, spa and rec center. They also had a walking trail. There was ice tea and water for no charge at the check in desk which is virtually open 24 hours so we didn’t have to worry about late arrival. There was a little grocery on site and a restaurant that had music in the evening on Saturday. Reasonably close to Crater Lake and very close to Klamath Falls. Friendly staff. They let us use some car window cleaning materials because if you are there in September, like we were, they have these bugs which I think were called midges, which get all over your car. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.”
And take a look at this review about the golf course:
“The Palmer golf experience was perfect the greens were great –each hole was more perfect than the next. Even the par 3 course was fun. Arnie really out did himself when he designed that course. It is the only course in Oregon that was designed by Arnold Palmer.”
Klamath Falls Hotel Option #3: Lake of the Woods Resort
Another great hotel option just 30 minutes from Klamath Falls would undoubtedly be the Lake of the Woods Resort. This resort sits alongside one of the clearest natural lakes you will find along the Southern Oregon Cascades.
At this special high mountain historic lake resort you can enjoy staying in a cabin, eat great food, and get close to nature all year long. You can book one of the 34 cabins or RV location for your stay here. The quaint cabins are the perfect hotel-like option for your stay.
Also consider grabbing a bite to eat at The Lake House Restaurant. The Lake House Restaurant offers dining options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As well, they have catering options, a Saturday BBQ, buffet options, and the Lake of the Woods Pizzeria.
Take a quick peek at this glowing review of Lake of the Woods Resort:
“I will always remember our stay at the Lake of the Woods Resort. We stayed in one of the smallest cabins, which we understand will be replaced next year with larger offerings. Our little cabin was perfectly sized for two people, though, and we loved the rustic decor and the fact that it heated up so quickly when we came in from the chilly air. We had a wonderful time sitting in the various chairs along the beautiful lake, watching the band that played on Saturday from beside the bonfire, strolling through the car show, and eating at the breakfast buffet. We appreciated that the cabin came equipped with dishes, cutlery, some cooking equipment, a little fridge, a stove top and microwave, and dish-washing liquid so we could make some meals inside. What beautiful memories we made during our crisp, relaxing weekend at Lake of the Woods Resort.”
Klamath Falls Hotel Option #4: Cimarron Inn

Take a look at these two reviews for another reason to stay here:
“My husband and I are regular visitors to Klamath Falls and we’ve stayed at a few places. The Cimarron is the cleanest and most comfortable yet. The check-in was fast and friendly, our room was spotless and had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Best of all, they allow pets AND have a heated pool. They also offer a complimentary breakfast. Great value, nice people. We will be back.”
“Having only a day in passing through Klamath Falls, the Cimarron Inn was a great place to headquarter. We were greeted by Echo, whose courtesy and professionalism were matched only by the good advice & tips she gave us for hiking and biking possibilities, as well as dining spots, during our short stay. The Inn is clean, the room spacious and convenient, and its location — adjoining the OC&E rail-to-trail — just perfect for us. The hiking along the Link River was also terrific.”
